I really enjoyed this article. I do believe that if you continue to tell someone the same thing over and over again they eventually will begin to believe you. I always try to tell girls they are beautiful. Some girls have a lower self esteem than boys do and it's important to tell your girlfriends when they look good!

I do agree that self fulfilling prophecies are usually true. If someone tells you that you are fat all of the time it will begin to weigh on your consciousness. It's important to use positive re-enforcement instead of criticism.
