The Models of Emotions

I enjoyed this website, It was interesting to see the different models of Emotions. There were the Common Sense View, Navie James-Lange View, Neo Jamesien View, Navie Cognitvist View, Mandler's View, and An Integrated View. Each view showed the process that emotions travel to the brain, how long it takes, different sounds and sights heard, and even harsh conditions brought upon it. The Integrated View which is the most up to date model of emotions contains the contrasts between the fast and slow brain, the sensation felt, the interruption or inhibition, facial musculature posture, and viscera. I had never heard of these models and it was definitely an interesting read!
