1. What size group are you most comfortable with, and why?
I enjoy a group with 4 to 7 people in it. It's easier to communicate and become closer with a smaller group. I enjoy intimacy with my close sisters in Christ!
2. How do you handle a member who is withdrawn and quiet in a group? What are your feelings about such members?
When I have a group member who is quieter I make sure to make them feel welcomed and ask for their input. The quieter member and I usually get along the best because I speak a lot and they usually listen to my ideas, thoughts, and opinions.
